Earlywoof Return Policy

At Earlywoof, we strive to deliver high-quality leashes and collars for your dog. As a small business, we have a limited return policy to ensure we can keep bringing you great products.

Return Window

You may request a return for items purchased from Earlywoof within 14 days of delivery. This is a strict deadline due to our startup status.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Include your order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason within 14 days of delivery.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the item back at your own expense.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to our US return address (provided upon approval).

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you about approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
